I am again requiring all clients to wear a mask while they're in the building as well as during their massage.  It is not required while you are face down, but I do ask that you put your mask back on when laying on your back. This is due to the highly contagious Delta variant of Covid-19 and the Center for Disease Controls recommendation that states with increased spread wear masks indoors even if you are vaccinated. 

Becky will be doing fewer massages in a day due to the extended time needed between appointments to sanitize the massage room, bathroom and lobby properly per Covid-19 protocol.

Ashiatsu massage (massage performed with feet)

Ashiatsu Massage Available

Ashiatsu is a form of massage that is done with the therapists feet and performed from a stool as well as standing on the massage table. There are rails in the ceiling for the therapist to use for support and if you want a legitimate deep tissue massage, this is for you! 
However, this modality is also great for relaxation massage. With the therapist using their feet the strokes can me longer and broader, great for Swedish massage work.
The Therapist will always sanitize their feet before work is performed. This can either be a full body Ashiatsu massage or specific work for the back, shoulders and hips with the rest of the massage being standard hand work.

There has been great feedback from clients trying Ashiatsu for the first time and you can always give it a try without committing to an entire session.

I'm Becky, owner and founder of Better Than Ever Massage And Wellness.  I help people with muscle tension, aches and pains, headaches, poor range of motion and much more.
